In 2024, we are continuing to build our Club Team, which will offer sessions throughout the summer. These sessions are designed similarly to the Regionals and Nationals squads with high coach-to-athlete ratios, structured-but-super-fun practices, and plenty of single track experience! The focus of this program is fun, friends, and fabulous outdoor opportunities.
The Club Team will be led by hired coaches that are trained by our Program Coordinator.
Summer Sessions will run in June, July, August with practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings in the Reno area. Start dates and schedules are to be determined.
The cost is $250.
What are Community Rides?
Community Rides are designed to introduce young riders between 5 and 10 years of age to the sport of mountain biking. They are low pressure, fun rides that help develop skills on the bike. Club Rides are typically led by our Regional and National Race team athletes, with supervision provided by adult coaches and parents.
Club Rides are held throughout the summer months when the weather is good, with locations varying throughout the region.
To keep informed on the Community Ride schedule for the upcoming summer, please sign up for our mailing list and check back here regularly.

It is the amazing support of our community that allows us to continue striving for our goals of improving health and quality of life for youth through the great sport of cycling. If you would like to make a meaningful, tax deductible donation to support this organization & its mission, donate here. If you are passionate about youth cycling and want to volunteer your time to help either at Club Rides or in another way, please reach out via the contact form.
Club Rides are held throughout the summer months, starting after Memorial Day and ending around Labor Day. Club Rides are held at Regional Parks throughout Washoe County and at the Sierra Vista Bike Park

Bring the following filled-out forms to your first ride of the season. Volunteers also need a waiver for their first ride.
